Good drivers are hard to find. Therefore, it is important to take good care of your drivers. A happy driver is of value for every company. WAYS Europe believes investing in employees is more than offering a training. Actively walking alongside the employee is contributing to a satisfied, motivated employee. Learning and development takes time, but is the best road to success. We want to walk that road together with our customers as a development partner.
In recent years WAYS Europe has started a lot of WAYS-Academies at a lot of companies. We observe there is a lot to be achieved in the field of training, coaching and developing employees. Together with our customers we have made analyses and determined what the learning & development project should look like within their company. We always connect with what is already there and we develop what is not yet there. WAYS Europe believes companies benefit from a good development partner.
Vision and procedure
WAYS Europe helps companies to develop an Academy. In such an Academy new employees and/or temps are trained. Existing drivers are being trained as well to perform better in all aspects of their job.
1. Drivers’ intake
WAYS Europe advises customers in the field of recruitment & selection of employees. A correct acquisition policy contributes to a successful intake and long-term employee satisfaction.

2. Intern basic training
WAYS Europe develops an effective on-boarding program. From the interview to independently being on their way, drivers need to be trained and coached properly. A well thoughtout training plan is one of the keys to success.
3. Drivers CPC
Each driver is different. WAYS Europe delves into the driver and offers him or her customized trainings, connecting with individual development and strategic goals of the company.
4. Smart Driver Coaching
We are pretty convinced a happy driver is more motivated to become better in his job and is more satisfied with his employer. That is why we improve your operating efficiency by coaching drivers intensively on their performance. For this we analyse the data in the intelligent employee-platform of the Apployee Driversapp, which enables us to view the performance per driver and per team. Through gamification we stimulate your drivers to optimize their skills via the Driver app. Your drivers can be trained to become a Driver Coach, to attribute to a further professionalization of your drivers.
5. E-learning and apps
To gain insight into the development and performance of drivers and to equip mentors as well as possible, WAYS Europe uses innovative apps and tools. We build customized e-learnings for the Driver CPC trainings, on-boarding programs and short work-instructions.
6. Administration/Registration
WAYS Europe unburdens the customer when when it comes to administration of employee-development. Through our advanced customer portal we offer insight in trainingresults achieved, you can receive notifications on expired documents and certificates so you are fully in control of the Learning and Development yourself. This may also be of importance for internal (certification)audits.

A driver is functioning best with good colleagues on his side. WAYS Europe offers many development possibilities for them as well.
